Talkswitch just released a batch of on-hold music for Talkswitch phone systems owners. This means instead of hearing beeps your callers hear music when on-hold, being transferred, or in a queue. Having music on-hold is very important for any office where callers ever have to wait - no one enjoys beeps and many callers won’t stick around for even a minute without music.
I’m particularly happy about Talkswitch releasing these for free, they’ve continued to add new features and value-added options which continue to make Talkswitch the best value in small business phone systems.
