AccessLine is absolute junk. We are using it now (with the Vertical Accelerator) and it is USELESS. A few problems 1. YOU CAN'T ACCESS VOICEMAIL FROM OUTSIDE THE OFFICE - only from the desktop unit itself (unbelievable). In other words, you can't even call your number, enter a PIN, and listen to your voice mails. 2. YOU CAN'T FORWARD VOICE MAILS LEFT ON YOUR DESKTOP UNIT AS EMAILS, NOT EVEN A LINK BY EMAIL OR SMS TO YOUR PHONE (only VMs left on the main system). 3. Service sucks. 4. Long-distance calls will terminate unexpectedly after 5-10 minutes.

Stay away.

Yes, they are partnered with Costco, which is how I found out about them. But don't believe everything on their website - I revised the plan of my new office phone system around their system and their wireless phones, instead of the TalkSwitch that I was looking at originally- but they just called me back to say they are really available. And they don't know when they will get them, or if they ever will get them again. How hard would it be to put that information on their website?? Instead, it is touted as one of their major selling features.
I am back to square one, and I know where I am going - TalkSwitch

AccessLine is now in partnership with Costco. The pricing for Costo executive members is slightly below their list prices.
